From the architects: Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the waters of Biscayne Bay, this Miami residence was crafted with tranquility and comfort in mind. Presented by SABAL Development and designed by TOGU Architecture, this avant garde residence is a functional work of art. Careful consideration has been placed on every facet of its design and construction, perfect for the discerning individual that prizes elegance in craftsmanship.
The L-shaped residence is located in Miami’s historic and gated neighborhood of Belle Meade, which is home to some of Miami’s most unique & private residences.
Step inside to find soaring 20 ft. ceilings in the vestibule with an open view from the second floor. Spanning 7,171 square feet spread across two floors of open space, there are seven bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one powder room. The master bedroom boasts open views of Biscayne Bay with floor-to-ceiling windows. SAVANT smart home technology has been installed to control the home’s features with the touch of a finger.

The kitchen provides entertaining options with its open layout and has been furnished with a full suite of Miele appliances. Tiling by COTTO d’ESTE and DESIGN INDUSTRY decorate the kitchen, hallways and bathrooms. Additionally, all bathrooms include elegant fixtures by CORIAN and DURAVIT.
Outside, the home counts with 75 feet of frontage on the water. The deck is composed of beautiful and resilient Brazilian IPE wood and features a swimming pool as well as a connecting dock.
