The owners of this house, a young couple, got acquainted with the work of the professional through a publication and invited the architect Marcelo Minuscoli to develop this beautiful project. Of uncomplicated and modern taste, the residents wanted to enjoy a beautiful structure between the family, and also frequently receive their friends. The residence with unified layout and generous social areas has Living with double right foot that sets the heart of the dwelling. Highlight the oriental and contemporary carpet, which diluted the tones of the room, and to the fireplace in stone centered between two windows that boast the beautiful view of the city. To the side, the dining room is divided from the large American kitchen only by a half wall clad in special shape with cement slabs. Detailed by the architect, all planned furniture was executed with great quality, full of indispensable functional elements. The oversized marbled porcelain tile provided an elegant and soft unit for the ground floor; while in the area of the barbecue the porcelain tile that imitates wood has added coziness and practicality, already in the bathrooms we see elegance and modernity when mixing two different elements. The plant also features a festive leisure wing with bar / grill and intimate living space, which are surrounded by the large balcony that also serves as access to the pool of the house. The key point was to distinguish the personality of each sector with gentle distinction, even if it is a house with well integrated environments. The dining room, for example, although following the same pastel palette of the other areas, is distinguished by the discreet sophistication of the furniture and adornments that make up the ambiences. The neutral colors were allied to the lighting design developed creating light scenarios according to each use; Emphasis for the designer Dear Ingo of Ron Gilad designer. The modern vinyl floor throughout the second floor and the carpet of the Cinema Room were chosen aiming, in addition to the aesthetics, a lot of comfort to the environments.
