At Milan Design Week 2024, Agape is pushing the boundaries of design philosophy, delving deep into the fusion of beauty and functionality. With contributions from esteemed designers Patricia Urquiola, Benedini Associati, Alessandro Andreucci, and a new collaboration with Vismaravetro, Agape introduces innovative concepts that redefine the bathroom space.

At the heart of Agape‘s showcase are the new Cenote bathtubs by Patricia Urquiola, crafted from clay and lava stone, which expand the collection of washbasins designed by the acclaimed Spanish designer. These pieces represent a harmonious blend of texture and form, embodying Urquiola‘s shared vision cultivated over two decades of collaboration. The Marble and Stones Collection further enhances brand’s architectural vision, reimagining iconic designs in marble, travertine, and lava stone.

Benedini Associati contributes to brand’s architectural vision with the Memory Classic faucets, Nudo XL equipped boiserie system, and Craft storage system. These designs offer innovative spatial organization options, seamlessly integrating ancient and modern functionalities into the bathroom environment. The Div partition system, developed in collaboration with Vismaravetro, provides flexible space organization, while Alessandro Andreucci’s Voilà container system introduces a new sliding opening configuration for effortless storage.

The Cenote family, now expanded with new materials and design expressions, introduces fresh innovations to the collection. Crafted from Spanish black clay, the Cenote tubs feature a pure, rounded geometry that captures the essence of ancestral charm. Meanwhile, the Cenote Lava bathtub, crafted from volcanic rock, offers a robust solidity and deep essence reminiscent of magma.

  1. I’ve always been a huge fan of Agape’s approach to blending beauty with functionality, and their display at Milan Design Week 2024 really shows they stick to their ethos. The new Cenote bathtubs by Patricia Urquiola are just breathtaking—such a beautiful use of clay and lava stone! 🛁✨

However, I kinda hoped to see a few more new pieces this season. While the expansions to the Cenote family and the collaborations, like with Vismaravetro, are fantastic, it feels like there could have been a bit more novelty in the lineup. Don’t get me wrong, everything presented is top-notch quality and absolutely beautiful, but a couple more fresh designs would have truly knocked it out of the park! Here’s looking forward to what Agape brings out next! 🌟
