The Chedi is a work of Denniston Architects and a luxurious hotel with residences that was inaugurated last December in Andermatt, Swiss city located under the imposing peak of the Gemsstock, in the Orsera valley. For more informations read after the break.

Located on former army land, the Master Planning for the extension of the Andermatt Village carefully integrates the old with the new via pedestrian walkways and overhead cable car.The new Village will be self sufficient and all services will not be seen. Accommodation will consist of a variety of hotels, apartments and chalets, with some small hamlets located on the 18-hole championship golf course.A major indoor recreational facility including the 5-star hotel located in the old Village, will be the jewel in the crown.
