A house located in the north side of S. Michael Island in the Azores designed by Bernardo Rodrigues Architects on the first glance delivers a unique form, nevertheless this form has a very important functionality. The climate on the location offers frequent showers and harsh wind conditions, the elongated wall is blocking some of those influences. Living spaces on the lower floor are completely open to the green surrounding while bedroosm and private areas are positioned on the floor above.
