New Metropolitan Complex for Grand Paris. Two phase consultation to define Europa City at the heart of the Gonesse triangle.
Europa City is a metropolitan scale urban project that has the capasity to create a new centre of gravity and contribute to development and spatial planning in the area. It is taking on a major capasity to structure development and infrastructure projects in the north east of the Ile de France region.
It will be a part of changing the relationship between Paris and its outer suburbs. It is also a civic project that is freely and easily accessible open to everyone.
The area to be developed on the 80 hectare site at the heart of the Gonesse Triangle is approx.700 000 m2 of gross floor area distributed between culture, shops, leisure, hotels and all of the complementary programmes.
