NEOM recently unveiled Norlana, a sophisticated, wellness-oriented coastal community along the Gulf of Aqaba, marking the latest progression in the dynamic regional development in northwest Saudi Arabia. Conceptualized by 10 Design, this exclusive enclave is set to accommodate 3,000 inhabitants, offering them a blend of modern luxury and cutting-edge technology, thereby establishing a new benchmark in sustainable and modern living.
Norlana, nestled along the Gulf of Aqaba coastline, comprises 711 residential units including lavish mansions, expansive apartments, and beach villas that seamlessly integrate with the natural dune surroundings, enhancing the serene living experience.
The community features a state-of-the-art 120-berth marina, poised to become a global hub for superyachts. It includes a members-only superyacht club offering top-notch dining and service, set against a backdrop of spectacular waterfront views. Residents and guests can also avail of convenient water taxi services.
An 18-hole golf course, designed amidst rugged mountains, and a world-class equestrian and polo center are part of Norlana’s recreational offerings. Additionally, the community caters to various water sports such as sailing and diving, enabling residents and guests to engage with the stunning natural surroundings.
Norlana is how NEOM imagines active living, with a focus on sports, health, and well-being. This pioneering community provides ample opportunities for residents and guests to indulge in their passions within an environmentally sustainable setting.
10 Design team shaped the project in line with NEOM’s dedication to conservation, Norlana’s development emphasizes the preservation of local land and marine ecosystems, striving to achieve a harmonious balance between nature and technology in delivering a pinnacle of ultra-luxurious modern living.
This announcement comes on the heels of other recent projects in the Gulf of Aqaba region, including Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, and Utamo, which are all part of sustainable tourism initiatives.
