The Scholar's Library is a simple building located on a family retreat in the Catskill Mountains. The library is an independent building containing a study space above and a library below, which stores approximately 10 000 books for a scholar of Japanese history. The building is a cube, measuring approximately twenty feet in dimension, with books preserved in a windowless space on the first floor.
