From the architects: This project was a new house designed for a spacious corner lot in the Bluffview neighborhood of Dallas. The clients wanted a modern home with an open floor plan for entertaining and ample natural light. To achieve this, flat overhangs and high windows were designed throughout.

Special features include a basement garage, floating fireplace and stairs, wine cellar, and a massive cantilevered patio.. This house was built by general contractor Kienast. and the project was designed while one of the partners of CMDB was at parmadesign.
