This 240 sqm family house is a work of Office Twentyfive Architects practice. It is located in a new residential area Gerakas on the northeast part of Attica about half an hour driving distance from the center of Athens.

It is a 240 sqm family house in a new residential area, Gerakas, on the northeast part of Attica about half an hour driving distance from the center of Athens. The geometry of the two storey building is defined by a cross-shaped plan cut from the building lines of the area. Because of the busy road that passes in front of the plot we have decided to move the building towards the road, creating a barrier to the garden on the back of the plot. The living room and the kitchen are on the ground floor with access to the garden and the bedrooms are on the first floor. There is also an underground floor with two parking spaces and storage areas.
