Impressive design for the H3 House in Athens is work of 314 Architecture Studio delivering an area of 1000 square meters.
From the Architects:
The detached house of total area 300m2 is located in a land of 7000m2. The house was designed in order to give the sense of sailing, speed and hovering over the water, according to the owner's love for yachts. The bioclimatic design of residence, the cooling through the contact with water and eco-design of air-conditioning by using geothermal energy are consistent in constructing a highly dynamic and modern aesthetics but also friendly to the environment.
